Privacy – CyberSweden

CyberSweden follows Cybercampus and Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Research Institute of Sweden (RISE) policy with regard to the processing of personal data via web form.

By submitting a form accessed from this site, you consent to RISE and KTH processing and storing submitted personal data.

Your consent is the legal basis for the collection of personal data. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. You have the right to request access to and rectification or deletion of personal data provided and to limit or object to the processing of them. Since the website is hosted by RISE, but managed partially by KTH staff through Cybercampus, you are free to contact either the RISE Data Protection Officer (dpo@ri.se) or the KTH Data Protection Officer (dataskyddsombud@kth.se) with further questions or feedback.

Submitted responses are only handled for purposes associated with the answered form. KTH is equal to the data controller and is obliged to delete the submitted personal data as soon as the processing of them is carried out according to the purpose of the form.

As KTH and RISE is a public-sector authority, responses sent via KTH’s form service are generally public records that will be provided on request if the information is not covered by confidentiality or has been deleted after fulfilled purposes.
